Hi everyone, it's Heidi from Revive Active here. I hope you're all getting along well with our lovely Calm Capsules. If you have any questions, feel free to chuck them in here and I'll do my best to answer them 🙂
@missdaisy you can take the capsules at any time of the day, whenever suits you 🙂
I've only been taking them for a couple of days, so not really expecting to see any changes yet.
I'm taking one in the morning and one in the evening at the moment, but might change that depending on my and others experiences
@heidi-from-revive-active Hi, I was wondering, when you say take when ever suits - do you mean that the time of day shouldn't affect the outcome so take them when convenient?
Or do you mean alter the time of day according to the effect hoped for?
If the latter, how might the time of day influence the effect of the supplement?
Thank you!
Hi all!
I took them with lunch the first 3 days and felt sleepy those afternoons (could just be a coincidence) so have switched to taking them with my dinner to see if they help me sleep better x
@seakay It shouldn't affect the outcome, no matter when you take the capsules, so we say take them whenever is convenient for you 🙂
I've been taking mine in the morning before breakfast because I'll forget otherwise. They don't make me sleepy. Not sure I've noticed much of a difference except the pain in my shoulders seems worse now I'm not taking my usual supplements.
@steph oh no! do you have frozen should? are you not able to take your usual supplements along with the the calm capsules? 😯 it's still early but i feel i'm sleeping better since taking them
Happy to be part of the study with so many lovely new friends to talk to in here! I started taking calm capsules in the morning to help me throughout the day and for the first few days and I really did think they were bringing me more calm throughout the day. Then I switched it to night to see if it would help with sleep and I felt as though I was more irritable than normal throughout the next day😶 HOWEVER! It's worth saying that I was also entering the week before my period and I had a rough month in october so this could have something to do with that shift. I'm really interested to see how I feel throughout the rest of my cycle and will be switching back to taking it in the morning because it felt much better taking it then🤣 it's all a learning curve to see what works best for me x
@f-a33 I'm recovering from bilateral fs, the range of movement got better and the pain lessened early this year. It was at it's worst all last year. But it's still sore but manageable without pain relief. I paused my usual perimenopause supplements to test Calm. I didn't want it to impact the response I gave but also not sure if I would end up taking unhealthy doses of ingredients that are covered in both supplements. Do you have fs?
Hi
I have noticed a difference as I do feel calmer and I am sleeping better, however I still feel quite agitated due to the menopause. Maybe the longer you take them the better you feel. I missed a dose the other day and I must say I started to feel more stressed. So, they must be doing something which is a bonus.
😀
