Day one of taking the capsules for me.

I've decided to take one in the morning and one in the evening as I couldn't workout when the ideal time would be.

I’ve been taking both in the evening. When is everyone else taking theirs and have you noticed any changes? 

I feel like I’ve had deeper sleep the last few nights. 

I have been taking mine in the evening . I haven’t noticed any change yet and am now wondering if I should change the time if I haven’t noticed anything after the first couple of weeks.
