Woke up today actually looking forward to my cup of cacao it’s starting to feel like such a cozy moment I get just for myself. I made it with warm plant milk again and honestly, it just sets the tone for my whole morning. I feel a little calmer, a little more grounded and way less rushed than usual.

Not sure if it’s the cacao or just giving myself this small pause but either way… I’m really enjoying it so far.

 @olive

@_lamaga

I got the answer about recycling the packaging for the individual portions:

"Thank you for reaching out! That is a brilliant question about recycling, and we appreciate you helping us keep our packaging circular.

You are correct that the symbol on the wrappers indicates they are recyclable, but they do fall under a specific category.

The wrappers for our individual portions are made from LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), which is categorized under the Plastic Resin Code #4.

As per government guidelines, this means the packaging can be recycled at specialist points. This typically corresponds to the soft plastics collection points often found at larger supermarkets.

While it is not currently accepted in most local kerbside general recycling bins, you can certainly drop it off with your other plastic bags and wrapping next time you visit a participating store.

We hope this helps clarify the disposal process for our packaging.

Kindest Regards and Blessings,

Team Full Power 💚"

Loving the smell of the cacao.

I need to keep reminding myself to make the cacao and get in to a pattern of it. when i do have it, it feels very good quality.

So i've been trying the cacao for a week now and I do think i've noticed myself having more energy. I have been having stomach problems for a while so have been feeling very tired from it and also doing a lot of over time, but i've found having my cacao in the morning does seem to be helping me get through the day. It would be great if it keeps making me feel like this. I will keep using it and update as I go 😍

I would love to know how others in the study are taking it and if you have any yummy recipes I could try!

Loving the cacao daily. I spice it up with a different spice each day and sweeten it with honey or agave syrup

I've been having as I sit down to journal

Now on my second week of full power cacao and really enjoying the taste now I’ve added a very tiny bit of sweetness to the cacao (agave). I’m going to experiment with some other sweeter tastes like cinnamon this week.

I have started to feel more focused and energised after a cup, particularly helpful when in deep focus for work - generally getting a little more done with my time.

I’ve not managed a daily ritual as the time needed to make the cup is a little longer than I have in the morning when I’m rushing to work, but when I’m working from home I've been able to enjoy that time for myself.

I’ve been having mine in the mornings too, and it honestly gives me that gentle lift I’ve been missing. I’m definitely going to try some of these ideas… adding different spices sounds gorgeous and putting it in porridge is such a good shout for busy mornings!

And Dani, I feel you on the time thing I’m the same on work days, but when I get a moment to slow down it really does feel like a mini ritual.

Can’t wait to try a few of your recipes and see how it keeps evolving for all of us! ✨

I struggled initially but having cut down the amount as having it at night and added some mint I’m appreciating it more. Do think it’s impacting my sleep so going to switch to trying it in the mornings and see if it makes a difference

I am very much enjoying the cacao - still working out the optimum amount of liquid to add for my taste. My most recent attempt is about 12 fl oz/ 350ml mostly water and a little oat barista milk - it's still strong and rich but not too thick,

After looking at the website I'm adding a scant pinch of Himalayan pink salt and a small teaspoon of either zylitol or maple syrup. It doesn't make it salty but takes the edge of bitterness off and sort of intensifies the flavour. I also added a big pinch of cinnamon powder today, which made it taste even smoother.

I haven't noticed it affect my energy levels as yet, but I am enjoying the treat and I do like to sit and drink it in a moment of quiet, or while listening to an audio book, whereas I usually would have a hot drink while doing something like emails or phone calls.

I’m loving reading everyone’s different ways of making it. It’s giving me so many ideas to try! I’ve been keeping mine pretty simple so far, but the mint, cinnamon, pink salt, and even adding it to porridge all sound so good.

I totally get the evening struggle too I’m the same with anything that might nudge my sleep, so switching to mornings sounds like a great plan. And honestly, I love how so many of us are turning it into a little moment of calm rather than just another drink. It’s nice seeing how everyone’s finding their own version of it.

Can’t wait to test a few of these combos and see how it evolves for all of us!

Hello everyone

I have been feeling more focused and seem to have more energy lately which is a bonus. I decided to melt the chocolate in the microwave with the milk and then stirring it a bit which was quicker.

I like the sound of adding honey especially Manuka as it boosts your immune system. I can’t say I’m overly keen on the bitter taste as it tastes like 100% cacao, but I’ll persevere as I know it’s beneficial.

Maybe it would be nice to make something with it like cakes or flapjacks or add it to some Greek yogurt?

🧁😉

I tried the cacao in water the other day. It's a lot lighter and still had all the taste but definitely prefer the milk based creamy version

I'm struggling to have it in the morning as I leave for work early, so have stuck to it being my night time ritual or while I journal

I tried the full amount and struggled to sleep, so have halved the amount in the evening

I've been adding a chai spice mix ( lots of different spices, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cloves, nutmeg, etc)

This has probably been my favourite spice blend in cacao so far
