@kat75 this is super interesting! Have you ever noticed any other time, before starting the golden pill, that you would have increased hot flushes and irritability while on HRT? Or is this something new you've experienced only from starting the golden pill?

@seakay we're so pleased your feeling benefits from using the supplement. It will be interesting to see if you experience further benefits over the next few weeks 😍

@marketingthehouseofhormones-com I'm getting better quality of sleep, albeit still not enough in respect of time, but am certainly grateful for what I can get.

@miriamp It's so interesting that you mention your period, so sorry about that; I've been having a super long period with very painful breasts, but had put it down to some sort of HRT blip. Perhaps I shouldn't bother to adjust but just wait and see if it settles down as I start my second month of golden pills.

(No, I'm not going to the GP, they seem to have no real knowledge and the 'specialist' I was referred to at the hospital when I first started taking HRT told me that testosterone wasn't a hormone, and that women shouldn't take it because it would give them a receding hairline and male pattern baldness - news to all the trans men I'm sure - so I do my own research now!)

@marketingthehouseofhormones-com Thank you! Received the new survey fine 😊

Yes, I closely track all my periods, so I'll know for sure if it was just a one off!

@seakay I'm pretty consistent with the odd blip, so I'll make sure I keep a close eye on the next one as this golden pill is the only new thing I'm taking.

Sorry to hear you've had bad experiences with doctors on the past. My Mam had similar issues and ended up researching her own treatments. Hopefully you find something that works for you ASAP!

I've been taking the pills consistently since the beginning of Feb. I've been fine on them, going to sleep easily and getting a good nights sleep. Until last weekend where I found it hard to drift off and I didn't sleep through until the morning. I was also a little hot, no sweats but was uncomfortable in bed.

I'm not experiencing any increase in libido.

I also take 100mg Estradiol patches.

I am not sure if this is the pills themselves or because I have read this might  happen……my libido has been zero for some time now but I have noticed a change in the last week or so . Not a swinging from the chandelier change , but definitely a change.

I'm finding myself getting better quality sleep since being on the Golden Pills and I've definitely had a reduction in brain fog. Has anyone else noticed their hair feeling thicker? My hair doesn't seem to be shedding as much as it usually does
