I’m going to take half the dose to see if it lessens my hot flushes as I’ve heard it mimics oestrogen.

@carlyamilee23 amazing! we haven't seen anyone else mention their hair feeling thicker yet - but how amazing would this be if more women are experiencing this too! 😍

Like others, I'm 'feeling good' but it's hard to explain how exactly. But a small reduction in fatigue can trigger lots of positive little behaviours.

It was very helpful to get confirmation the pills could be taken with or without food. My morning routine changes a lot through the week, affecting if/when I eat breakfast so it's helped me to be more consistent when I take them by not always aiming to be with food.

Anyone else wondering what to expect when we suddenly stop taking them at the end of the trial?

I've just seen another post regarding headaches

I used to suffer from severe migraines and over the last few years they had gone. they seem to have come back in recent times and severe where i have had to call in sick. I didn't think it was related to the pill until I saw this post. I was getting strange abdominal discomfort when i first started the pill, they seemed to have subsided but have return when i get the migraine. I wonder if there is an ingredient that is triggering this

other then this, I seem to be sleeping better. I also discovered this morning that one of the pills is damaged and the powder is everywhere in the bag, so I am getting it on my fingers

My hot flushes have subsided somewhat after reducing the dose. So, let’s see if it still gives me more energy.

I've been taking them consistently in the morning, and haven't really noticed any difference, to be honest. Forgot to mention the yellow pee in the survey, but yes, that too. Maybe slightly more energetic and most days sleeping a little better, perhaps?

I've been getting a little more energy for a few days, then it turns around and energy is reduced for more days that I had the slight increase. I have taken the tablets consistently throughout. I'm hoping that the slight increase becomes more consistent.

For many years my body’s default reaction to physical exertion has been headaches and severe muscle pain. With the onset of Spring I have spent a lot of time in the garden completing some labour intensive jobs and have just realised that I haven’t had to reach for the Ibuprofen. I am cautiously optimistic that the pills are reducing the inflammation in my system.

I have been having more energy and it makes me sooooo happy. No hot flushes recently and just minimal headache just before my period but not full blast migraine which I’m usually having so there is visible improvement.

Does anyone else feel like they’re “feeling” more since taking the tablets? Laughing more, being emotionally moved etc. It’s like some of my emotions were on sleep-mode before and now they’ve woken up! I’ve also noticed reduction in fatigue, like a lot of you have, but also my scalp used to be a bit itchy and I would shed a bit in the shower but now hardly any hair is coming out and the itching has gone.

@rdl88 I haven't noticed a reduction in fatigue, but the "feeling" more thing I do recognise - good way of putting it as "feeling more emotional" isn't quite right, and sounds negative whereas this seems very positve, if only a slight outward change

I was getting some better quality sleep inbetween waking - of which the latter had improved also but have now done my lower back in and can't get comfort whatsoever.  Hoping it sorts itself out!  Still getting v bloated.
