It has been 2 weeks now. I like to take them first thing in the morning as suggested in a leaflet. I love the fact that they are packed with all „goodness", high quality one!!! and also that they are made in UK.

My mum recently started taking Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba supplements and said that I should take some as she can see benefits. So I'm so happy to be part of this study.

I actually survived late literal phase without major crashes YAY I’m typically most tired during that time as my estrogen drops to its lowest-lowest and headaches (often migraines) and few nights of poor sleep are just a real killer for me but somehow it wasn’t so profound this time. I had only tiny headache lingering one day and one night of very light, disturbed sleep, followed by hot flashes and a bit of anxiety. But overall felt less fatigue and tiredness.
I’m looking forward to see how it works out for me next month and whether „Golden Pills” improve my symptoms around this time of a month. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

I can’t yet tell if the Golden Pill is having a significant effect overall, but this month my period arrived five days later than expected and lasted six days. The final two days were still fairly heavy, which isn’t typical for me — although at 47, I appreciate that “normal” can vary from month to month.

I haven’t felt as manic this month, though I am also taking DITTO for PMS. I did check with you previously about taking DITTO alongside the Golden Pill, and was reassured that they’re fine to take together.

I’ll continue to monitor and let you know how things progress.

I read attached leaflet more diligently and hope my libido will increase. There are few ingredients that clearly should improve my desire for sex and I hope within few more weeks I will be able to see results 🤞 Over a years ago I meet an amazing man and thanks to him intimacy got to a different level. He was so patient with me. It wasn’t easy to orgasm in the beginning of our relationship but overtime it has changed and now I want more and more. I’m 45, perimenopausal with new chapter opening in my life and hoping for a good one! Question is whether Golden Pill will help?

I'm finding a real improvement in my libido in only 2 weeks. Is anyone else finding this?

Packaging is beautiful and the information booklet feels luxury! Although I would have loved the golden bottle on the website 😆

The pills have a strange smell so that is a little annoying as I am very sensitive to smells. I’m trying to keep consistent though

I can’t say I have noticed any changes yet but I was abroad for a business trip so it would be difficult to gauge as I was getting used to a different time zone etc. But I’m going to continue and see if any improvements over the coming weeks - hopefully I can sleep better as that is one of my biggest challenges

@steph I agree about the smell/taste. I find it to smell a bit like paint fumes! But seeing as one of my perimenopause symptoms seems to be phantom smells and an altered sense of smell, I'm not sure I'm the most reliable commentator! 😜

After 2 weeks of consistent morning use, I'm definitely feeling an increase in overall energy levels. I typically wake up feeling exhausted and ready to go back to bed. I've found that for the past week, I've been more willing to get going and commit to exercising first thing. Also, for the past few days, I feel as though I may have noticed a small improvement in libido. Fingers crossed for that to improve further over the remainder of the trial. 😍

I have been consistently taking 2 tablets each morning just after breakfast for 2 weeks now. The first few days I had some headaches (may have been a coincidence or my body getting used to the ingredients). I managed more exercise than usual so must have been feeling good, however I have also felt jittery and find it hard to get to sleep with disturbed sleep through the night (I have been on HRT for over 6 months and it helps me sleep really well, so I don’t know if the tablets make HRT less effective). The second week my mood felt quite low, hormones doing their thing I guess, also the bad weather gets me down and I didn’t do much exercise. But I have just had a very active weekend with exercise and think these are helping my energy levels and recovery afterwards, with very little muscle soreness. No change in libido yet, still not sleeping well but have felt really good and alert today, more so than usual and despite the poor sleep.

@smasher we're so pleased you're finding some energy improvements after 2 weeks of taking the golden pill!

And you're so right to take into account any other external and internal factors that could be having an impact on your mood, energy etc.❤️

Elle Sera mention on their website that the botanicals they use are generally well tolerated, but some women may experience some temporary shifts when introducing the golden pill into their routine. And, it's advised that it can take up to 2 months to see the full effects of the golden pill.

However! It's super important to keep an eye on any side effects and listen to your body to understand if this supplement is right for you. xx

We're super interested to hear more about your experience as the weeks go on!💖

FAQ – Elle-Sera - they have a great FAQ section on their website to learn more if you ever need it too x
