@star100 - oops! Whatever the dosage, at least it is good for us! I too have dropped to 1 capsule. 🥰 @star100 - I literally read your post and thought ‘that’s me too’! I struggle with sleep, I have noise from Stansted airport planes waking me up at 6am, though I am usually awake before the noise wakes me up. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Awake in the night too. I’d say I’m a light sleeper, so hoping to see if I can sleep a little bit more deeper that would be much better! Boy this hot weather is not helping though! 🥵

I still aren't seeing any success with this, which is disappointing because I'm exhausted! My toddler hasn't been sleeping well which obviously impacts us, but at the moment I can't even fall asleep easily, then once she wakes me I can't get back to sleep.

Really need these to kick in soon!

I can't say I'm noticing drastic changes to sleep or stress level, but I am going through a stressful period of life so it's hard to tell what impact it's having. I do find the pills quite large though...anyone else? I usually hate having to take two pills for one dose, but this one is pretty big!

I’m noticing a difference when it comes to sleep, definitely sleeping better. But stress and emotional balance not so much! 🥴

Still not getting any more sleep but my sleep quality is definitely better and I wake up feeling more rested and less tired. And this week, after months of feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed every day, I’m actually feeling less overwhelmed and less stressed. Nothing else has changed but the last few days I’m coping fine and don’t feel like crying or shouting anymore. It could be a coincidence but feel like the magnesium has finally started to make a difference and I feel more like myself again. Still a bit low but not overwhelmed, tearful or angry anymore which is such a relief. Hoping if I keep taking the magnesium, I’ll keep feeling more emotionally balanced. Can’t believe how much better I’ve get these last few day

Definitely noticed I’m sleeping better and have less cramps waking me up too. Not sure if the outer capsule agrees with my tummy though.

Oh I'm really sad to report that me sleep is much worse recently! I don't think it's because of the magnesium, it's perimenopause for sure, but the magnesium isn't making it better

Although I feel as though falling off to sleep is a lot easier, I still awake very early in the morning, mostly between 4-5am. Sometimes I fall back to sleep, mostly I don’t. There is also times I awake in the night.  I hear any noise in the night and I’m wide awake! From this whole trial, I’d say I fall asleep a lot easier, though I’m still waking up early, I feel exhausted and just need a couple more hours sleep. That’s the hard part - trying to fall back to sleep.
