@marketingthehouseofhormones-com My hair just feels so nice right now. I can 100% confidently say that my hair is not shedding as much anymore and definitely feels thicker...Im looking more and more like Hagrid every week! 😂
@carlyamilee23 now u mention your hair. Thinking about mine. ...my hair is definately thicker too. Its noticeable how thicker it is near my head than further down my hair length! .... so chuffed about it 😀
@racht Yes, same with me! My ends are questionable cos I need a cut but the rest of my hair feels luscious! Really pleased!
thats a great result! I hope it will help mine, that would be a good incentive for me to keep taking it as I have had problems with my hair. I hope it’s ok to continually take the tablet in the long term.
@smasher I do hope so for your benefit. I had long thick hair before I developed head shingles last year. It affected my hair and feeling in my face badly. The feeling had more a less returned before commencing the Golden Pill but my hair was thin, receeding and frizzy.....a bit like it had been singed.
I had noticed over the past few weeks my mood and energy levels have been consistent and im in a much happier frame of mind and less irritated. I'm sleeping deeper too. These factors probably all play a part together as a consequence of each other including the gradual changes of my hair thickening and becoming less frizzy (naturally straight).
Maybe this is due to the Golden Pill helping reduce inflammatory markers, helping with neuron repair, stress and hormones. It'd be interesting to see if any of these findings/outcomes continue, slow or stop if I were to stop the Golden Pill.
Its definitely an incentive for me too to continue the G.Pill having started to have such good outcomes, especially as its suppost to be of benefit over a longer period as the hunan body can only respond and gradually make small changes at time. Its certainly interesting to see how different people have benefited in different outcomes and also how some people don't respond or no changes have been noticed yet.
All fingers x for you
I have felt much better having half the dose as I don’t feel as irritable and my hot flushes have calmed down. I feel more motivated and able to get things done and more confident as I felt the perimenopause made me feel insecure and low in confidence.
@mystical8 So sorry to hear about your back - fingers crossed it rights itself/mends very soon
@heyitsholly I'm a bit worried about when I come to the end of the packet. The last supplement study I did, I was very irritable and moody for a month after stopping the study supplement and going back to my regular one. I think I'm going to start reducing my dose for this study soon.
Generally, I've found drifting off to sleep and sleeping through much better than it has been. I was hopeful this supplement would help my libido, but it's still at zero. That's with taking hrt too.
I had a very good week. Full of energy, no brain fog, no hot flashes and even managed 60 mile hike but I’m heading into luteal phase and I can feel change in my body and mind. Experienced hot flashes last two nights, but not severe sweats like in a past so it’s on a positive side. Still monitoring my body and I hope it will remain on a mild side 🤞
@racht I’m sorry to hear of the problem you have had with head shingles, that’s sounds very painful, upsetting and scary. I feel I have had the same benefits you have mentioned and am also concerned if I stop taking them. I think I will buy two months worth (even though they are way out of my budget) to continue to monitor everything, it will be so worth it for my general wellbeing if the positive results continue. Hope all goes well for you 😊
Just finished my final survey.
I've been feeling less stressed and irritable, more on an even keel emotionally, and I think that my energy has improved a little over all with fewer foggy moments (as far as I can tell!)
I did look up the elle-sera site to see about continuing, but it's a bit (well, very) out of my price bracket at the moment. Definitely one to revisit if that changes though, as I've a feeling that this is a supplement which might increase in efficacy over time.
Just finished my final survey also. Thank you so much for letting me trial this, for me it has been brilliant.
Even though this is way out of my budget I’m going to order 2 more months worth to monitor the results for longer. For the last few days I have taken just one tablet a day, and still feeling the benefits although my feet have been feeling the cold more (I have poor circulation, maybe mild Raynauds) and it improved a lot since taking this. It’s helping me in lots of ways, mostly with improved mood, more energy and coping with stress. 🙏😊
