I don't know if I feel a difference just yet, maybe a bit better at getting off to sleep.

I seem to have less of a slump in afternoon so it may be helping maintain a consistent energy level. Outside that not significant changes I’m noticing yet.

I haven’t noticed any major difference - maybe slightly less fatigued in the afternoon.
Could be you have to take it for a longer period to see the full effects.

@marketingthehouseofhormones-com my Garmin is registering an increase in my deep sleep and I am definitely falling asleep a lot earlier. I also seem to have a bit more energy during the day and feel more motivated

@sazzywazz Hi! Yes, this is a 30 day study. When we spoke with Bio-Atelier they were very confident you should be feeling the benefits of this supplement fairly quickly. Have you noticed any positive changes yet? 😊

@bmorris Hi! This is really interesting. When you received the supplement from Bio-Atelier, were you provided any guidelines on how to take the supplement? i.e with or without food etc

@nulesrocks Hi! Yes, the minimum time frame we allow is 30 days. This is because a lot of products claim to work within certain time frames and we are putting this to the test also🤩

In their FAQ's, Bio-Atelier say 'Everyone responds differently. Some people notice changes in focus or energy within days, while others experience more gradual effects over weeks. Even if you don’t feel an immediate difference, NAD⁺ is still absorbed and used at the cellular level.'

So it will be interesting to see if these claims stack up and what the general consensus is after 30 days 🤗 🙌 x

So excited to try this, I’ve been paying a lot of attention to NAD+ recently so very interested in how it might support me!

A couple of weeks in and my observations are as follows.

easy to take daily tablet - small and easy to swallow, which I great!

I haven’t noticed any energy level changes over the past few weeks, but what I have noticed recently is my skin seems to be glowing, I’ve even had some comments around how good it’s looking.

I’ve also found that my mood swings after my period didn’t seem to be as acute, felt pretty much stable, which is a bonus.

I also recently noticed some reduction in my monthly water retention and bloating. Not sure if it’s related at all, but great if this is a result of NAD+
