Hey ladies,

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share how I can support you on your mental health journey. I’m Em, a breathwork facilitator and marketing strategist, and I’m here as The House of Hormones' resident breathwork teacher to help you find balance, clarity, and energy in a way that truly fits your lifestyle.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful (yet underrated) tools for managing stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and even hormonal imbalances. It works by directly influencing your nervous system—helping to lower cortisol, regulate emotions, and bring you into a calmer, more focused state. Whether you’re struggling with anxious thoughts, low energy, mood swings, or trouble sleeping, breathwork can help reset your system in just a few minutes a day.

Some of the benefits include:
Reducing stress & anxiety – Breathwork signals your body that you're safe, shifting you out of fight-or-flight mode.
Boosting focus & mental clarity – Amazing for ADHD and brain fog, it helps sharpen concentration and bring you back to the present.
Regulating emotions & mood – A natural way to ease symptoms of depression and support emotional balance.
Improving sleep & relaxation – Perfect for winding down and reducing racing thoughts at night.
Supporting hormonal health – Helps regulate the nervous system, which plays a huge role in hormone balance.

Soon, you’ll be able to find me under Expert Advice in the Educate section on The House of Hormones website, where I’ll be sharing insights and practices to support your well-being.

If you’re curious to explore breathwork, I offer free mini consultations (15 mins), 1:1 sessions, and group sessions. Feel free to drop me an email at emilylrking@gmail.com—I’d love to connect!

Looking forward to getting to know you all and supporting your self-care journey.

Em x
