My journey began in London’s fast-paced media scene, where I worked with top advertising agencies and brands like GSK, L’Oréal, Bounce Ping Pong, Puttshack, and D&D London. After nearly a decade of navigating high-pressure environments and experiencing burnout, I took a leap of faith, leaving my corporate career behind to solo travel for six months. During this transformative time, I discovered the power of breathwork in Costa Rica—a practice that changed my life and became the cornerstone of my work.

Today, I work as a Marketing & Breathwork Consultant, helping founders in the wellness, lifestyle, and beauty industries scale their businesses through a unique blend of 360° marketing strategies and breathwork practices. I’m also the founder of The C Word Magazine, an online platform that amplifies female voices and champions stories that matter.
