I'm 52 and went through menopause naturally about 3 years ago. I have had weight gain (20 pounds), brain fog, hot flashes and NO ENERGY just to name a few. I feel like a hamster on a wheel. I spoke with my gyn today about starting the HRT patch. Anyone else out there that have gone through the change naturally that are on the HRT patch?? She menionted that it could start me bleeding again. Wondering about that, other's experiences ....if it helped and how long did it take to notice a different.
