Not Sure What My Hormones Are Doing Right Now

All day I’ve felt tired, unfocused, and just a bit off and I can’t tell if it’s adrenal fatigue or something else messing with my endocrine health. My metabolic hormones feel unpredictable lately and even the smallest stress seems to throw everything out of balance. I’m trying to support things naturally but I’m starting to think hormone testing for women might help me make sense of it all. Anyone else feeling this way?
