Are your hormones acting up too?

My hormones feel all over the place lately low energy, irritability and that tired but weird feeling that makes me wonder about adrenal dysfunction or a hormone imbalance. I’m thinking about hormone testing for women just to finally understand what’s going on with my metabolic hormones and endocrine health. Has anyone found it helpful?
