Are your hormones acting up too?

Lately I’ve been hit with random fatigue, mood swings and this stubborn heaviness in my body that makes me think my metabolic hormones are totally out of balance. I can’t tell if it’s adrenal fatigue or another hormone imbalance, but my endocrine health just feels off. I’m trying natural ways to balance things but I’m seriously considering hormone testing for women to finally get clear answers. Anyone else dealing with this right now?
