“Anyone else feeling hormone chaos lately?

I’ve been feeling so out of balance these last few days random fatigue, irritability and that weird heavy feeling that makes me think my metabolic hormones are completely off. I can’t tell if it’s just stress hitting my endocrine health or another layer of hormone imbalance creeping in. I’m trying to balance things naturally but part of me thinks I should look into proper hormone testing for women just to finally get some clarity. Anyone else dealing with this?
