I’ve been taking my tablets every morning with breakfast- for the first week I had an upset stomach but things appear to have settled down.
I was taking Ankhway (which are great) but have stopped these while on the trial.
I haven’t really noticed any other positive changes as yet.
Two weeks in and unfortunately no noticeable difference for me , although I am aware it’s very early days yet .
I'm taking them daily at breakfast. I stopped a lot of my other supplements as I know this has some ingredients in it that I'm taking in other products
Don't think I've seen any noticeable difference. If anything I have felt odd balance but put that down to busy week few weeks at work. I'm not as hungry but that could be due to stress
I guess I'll see over the next few weeks if there is a difference
I had an upset stomach for the first week but I had been taking a probiotic before the study (which I’ve obviously paused) so maybe my gut was getting used to different bacteria.
Otherwise, no noticeable difference so far.
I can safely say that I haven’t seen any real noticeable difference, but that’s not a bad thing!
I noticed that these capsules contain Ashwaghanda, so I stopped taking my dedicated supplement for this and my moods still feel stable. I know that Ashwaghanda works for me, as when I stopped taking them in January I became a ticking time bomb with my moods.
I also seem to be sleeping a little better, but that could also be down to me finishing university which was rather stressful at the end. We will see!
After having started taking the tablets two days, I started feeling really nauseous all morning. This continued for the next few days. I knew i wasnt ill as I woke fine and the nauseous eased in the afternoon.
I decide to stop taking the Lions Mane and Wild's Bone Health tablet i usually take, to see if the combination with Pro-Ven was causing this. No difference made so restarted them. I stopped the Pro-Ven for a few days and had no nauseous.
I decided to retry the Pro-Ven but after lunch instead of breakfast, to see if that made a difference. ..... which it did....no nauseaus.
I can only put it down to me being more sensitive. I havent noticed any differences as of yet except perhaps being slightly more gassy for about 4 days......
I find the capsules quite big to take, something I've always struggled with and wasn't sure what time of day to take them. Can't say that I've noticed much of a difference just yet, but I know there's still a way to go yet.
- Has anyone started to get a bit of an unsettled tummy? It might just be the humid weather we have atm or it could be the Pro-ven purging or something 🤔
@carlyamilee23 The first week I had quite violent diarrhea; nearest I've had to day 3 in my life was after taking the evacuating powders prior to an endoscopy! That has finished now, thank goodness, but I'm definitely a lot 'windier' that I usually am and i'm having bowel movements twice a day which is more than usual.
Hi all, I also haven't had my second survey come through yet. I have purposely not looked into the brand, the cost etc because I want to just see how I get on, I also didn't expect much because I've always read that you should take supplements individually. I will say that I have also decided to have a month off the booze as I started these so any effects I may be feeling could in part be because of this. The key difference that I have noticed in the last 2 weeks is that I feel calmer, things that would usually send me into a spiral of anxiety seem to be not phasing me. I will keep an open mind!
