Tablets received and completed first survey today. Thanks for including me, keen to see how these may help, I have never tried a pro biotic before.

Quite a selection of ingredients and 2 months should give a good trial.

I wasn’t expecting the additional vitamins, I’m slightly concerned as my B12 is already on the high side(I don’t know why and I’m vegetation). I am already taking Ashwaganda as it is in the Elle Sera Golden Pill supplement I take so I hope the two tablets together won’t be excessive?

Also my GP thought a previous supplement I was taking (which contained Biotin) may have triggered my thyroid to be low and advised I stopped taking it (after which I did my thyroid went back to a normal reading). So I am slightly cautious but also very interested in trying these out.

I have received these in the post.  I'd like to know why you all want to take it, what symptoms do you have?

@smasher This article has quite a lot of information about dosages

https://premiummedicalcircle.com/en/artikel/ashwagandha-how-many-mg-per-day

Also found this "There is no upper limit for vitamin B12 intake because consuming high levels does not cause problems. However, having naturally high levels of vitamin B12 in the body may be a cause for concern, as it suggests a severe underlying condition. Doctors will aim to treat the underlying medical condition, rather than the elevated levels of vitamin B12." https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322286#treatment-for-high-vitamin-b-12-levels

the "no upper limit" links to this https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminB12-HealthProfessional/

Hope this helps to make you feel happy to continue

@clairew137 I think that we all have some or all of the many and varied symptoms of peri menopause and menopause. I wanted to try this product because of information in articles such as this one. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2405457725017632

How about you?

@seakay I've been having some issues with having more wind than usual, runnier stools and missed a month of periods a couple of times.  Read gut issues can be due to menopause.  Wanted to see if this helps.

@clairew137 Fingers crossed! Two months should be long enough to get a good idea about efficacy.

@nettles this is useful

Luckily I've taken them at breakfast

Surely they should state it on the pack not just on the website. Not everyone would necessarily go to find the info on the website
