@danijeph Amazing feedback! we're so happy you've been able to stick to taking it daily, as regular use is the only way you'll really know if you're seeing benefits 😍 we can't wait to hear more!

@marketingthehouseofhormones-com

I really like smell of it straight from a packet. Slightly different smell after adding water and milk which is disappointing. And yes much darker than my usual coffee so it took me a while to get used to it.

@rosh - tried the chai version as you suggested and it is delicious! Maybe not for everyday (just because of the time required to brew the spice mix) but very nice indeed - warming, digestible and an interesting variation.

Good reminder not to boil the mushroom coffee mixture in with the rest, as tea is.

I would never have thought of this on my own, so that you very much!

I am now having the mushroom coffee every day in some form or another, and am definitely not suffering any sort of caffeine withdrawal (and haven't from the very beginning).

I am still not sure that I am feeing any sort of additional brain power or alertness, but very possibly this will be cumulative rather than instant, so I am carrying on and feeling positive and hopeful about that.

I had a tricky week. My hormones were all over the place and for 2-3 days I had a migraine with aura so stopped coffee intake (any coffee to be clear). Due to those changes (both physical and mental) it is quite difficult for me to say whether my energy level, focus or inner calm improved when drinking mushroom coffee. It is a bit better now so I will report back soon. I’m still full of hopes 🤞

I had a very good week and carried on with mushroom coffee. Best with oat milk but also tried with coconut and ordinary dairy one… just to see which one works best for me. As I said I had a very good week, felt quite happy first thing in the morning (and mornings are usually quite tricky for me 🙈) Somehow I felt calmer and it set my days in a positive way.

I have realised I have to read more about individual ingredients of this product. For “perimenopause case” like me 🙈 there are definitely more benefits than ordinary coffee and I should probably switch altogether to decaf options.

@miss-bea So pleased you've had a better week!

Mine has been up and down - I thought I was getting more stable energy gradually , but then had a sudden slump.

I'm continuing to use oat barista, which works very well for me as long as I remember to drink all of my mug when it's still warm to hot ( I do tend to let drinks get cold and the flavour is less coffee-ish and more odd when that happens)

I also make up a batch of spiced water and oat barista to keep in a jug in the fridge and heat in portions to make a sort of chai, which is soothing and delicious but not quite what I want every time.

I've started enjoying the coffee a bit more but I can only seem to drink it with milk. I was initially making it with oat or soy but was finding that if it started to cook down the taste wasn't as great

I've been adding spices as well

I haven't seen much change in energy as such

If anything, I seem to be sleeping more

Coming to the end of this study I was surprised at how much more energy I had after drinking this coffee , even though I didn’t increase  the amount of coffee I drunk throughout the day

I’ve really enjoyed drinking this mushroom coffee. I was slow to adopt to it at first, as the colour put me off.
I find it effective, balancing to my system and helped increase my focus and motivation, subtlety overtime time.
it was like having a calm, quiet, supportive friend who I could turn to, when needing a boost. Thank you for this study.

I'm still not convinced that this coffee had any positive effect apart from a possible increase in alertness. I drink my coffee black so maybe that is why I have found it harder to like than those of you who add milk. I am pleased that I got the opportunity to try it though and think that it is a really convenient way to incorporate mushrooms into your routine.

Thank you for allowing me to trial this product. I can honestly say it did improve my focus when I drank it, and tasted better with frothy milk instead of hot water.

I wouldn’t necessarily choose this product as I’m not a fan of mushroom coffee, I like coffee to taste like coffee. However, if it was available in capsules I would consider buying it.

😀
