Collagen taster

The packaging (collagen itself, box, little bags etc) are all very beautiful and look of high quality. The lids are really difficult to get off and I'm lucky I don't have joint issues/pain or it would be even harder. 

I started taking the collagen diluted in water first thing in the morning. For me, it smelled horrible but tasted slightly better but still not particularly enjoyable. After seeing a post from someone else, I now take like a shot and that is much better for me. 

I think the only difference I've noticed so far might be that my nails are slightly less brittle but nothing else, however, it has only been 14 days so far. 

I am privileged to be part of the trial and hope to see some great results by the end of it.
