I’m not talking about major life crises, but more of those random days where your mood dips and you can’t figure out why. Like you’re not sad sad, but just not quite yourself.
For me sometimes it’s something really small like cleaning one part of my space, walking without music or just doing something productive to feel like I still have some control. Curious what works for other people!

Journaling has helped me with that! When I feel stuck or like my thoughts are out of my reach I need to journal to visually process and reflect those feelings.

Ahh, one thing that boost my mood? Music is a big one for me. Like, the kind that hits just right depending on the mood.

Music! I listen to my playlist and it usually lifts my mood as I am one of those dorks that sings along (out of earshot of any humans only).

I like to paint, to express my feelings, also writing poetry slams helps me, I just feel so understood then. But I also practice some yoga or I cook and eat something I like.
