Can someone explain to me the difference? Why do ppl talk about perimeno like it’s before, but then talk about menopause like that’s when all the symptoms happen? Isn’t menopause jist the actual day your periods have been gone for 12months?
so when we talk about symptoms they are actually symptoms of peri menopause? Right? I’m confused.com 🤣 sorry if I’ve confused you more xxx
