[Sticky] Elle Sera - Collagen Study

Hi everyone nearly a month in how do we feel ? I have been reading as some people still struggling to open myself what I do with the tip is move from side to side it eventually becomes more loose to open my nails have started to grow as I don’t normally have them so will keep watching but keep looking at my face and don’t see any changes YET but can’t wait to see what happens so let’s keep the push everyone hope to be writing soon xx 

I'm a few days behind most people. The taste isn't great but not disgusting. The ampules seem to big for the amount of liquid but they do look quite up market. 

Haven’t noticed a change in hair, nails or skin as such but probably less stiff! Still not a fan of the taste or the packaging even though it looks good and is easy to transport 

My nails are much less flaky and feel a lot stronger. My hair also seems to be less dull and lacklustre. My skin is brighter and a bit firmer too so all in all I am finding these very effective. I am glad I am not the only one who finds the packs hard to open! I like the taste of the collagen and have no problems at all with it apart from opening them.

Nearly one month in and although I can see no difference in my skin so far , I have found my nails appear to be looking healthier . I am hoping to see a difference in my skin and hair in the next few weeks 

My nails are stronger although I didn’t have a problem with them previously and they have always been healthy. I was hoping it would improve my hair but I have actually had increased shedding recently (may not be related to the collagen). Will continue to take until the end of the trial to see what happens over the next few weeks as no real noticeable changes yet other than my nails. 

haven’t noticed any differences yet- but maybe i just need more time. am really getting used to the taste & ease of how to take it. love how portable it is

I have had noticeable changes to my hair which has thickened. I have new growth starting where following having head shingles I lost hair and my hair line receded.  I'm so happy...... i find the product easy to take still and enjoy the daily routine and am really interested in further outcomes.

I haven't noticed any obvious differences to be honest. I still lose loads of hair in the shower!! 🤣 My nails may be a bit stronger but can't be sure. Getting used to the taste. I do still feel the packaging is a bit over the top.... it's pretty and makes it look high end but it's a lot of plastic....

My nails and hair are definitely stronger.

As others have said it’s a taste that you get used to but is difficult to tolerate at first. My friend saw me take this and was horrified at the colour and I dread to think what she though.

Results wise I have strong nails and less dullness to my skin. Not sure if I’m sprouting a few extra hairs but could be my hormones.

its the sort of thing id have as course for a few weeks for a boost/pick me up.

I’m finding the taste much easier to tolerate. i have it & put tube as far back in throat as possible. There seems to be quite a lot of liquid to swallow. but if i have an orange squash handy, i take this too afterwards. My skin looks a bit better, no change to nails & no change to hair. 

I haven’t missed a single day, but I can’t honestly say I’ve noticed any significant changes in my hair, skin or nails. Perhaps I need to continue for a few more months to see noticeable results.

That said, I absolutely love the taste compared with other collagen I’ve tried (marine collagen), which I couldn’t finish. The packaging is beautiful and luxurious, and I love the individual ampoules as they make it so easy to take the right amount every day. Overall, I really like the product, but any results so far haven’t been noticeable.

Hi everyone just checking in changes I feel my hair does seem thicker and growing and like before my nails are growing as well but don’t know so much about my skin but hopefully will see a change in that soon and still don’t have a problem in opening the tube or the taste 

I am taking this every day and my nails have continued to improve. They seem to grow faster and are breaking much less. They are now quite long so I am happy with that.

My hair has changed texture and feels smoother and silkier it is much easier to style now. It is also less prone to frizz at the ends. Not sure if it is growing more or is thicker though.

My skin is looking clearer and generally healthier and sort of bouncier. I am sure the fine lines around my eyes look less pronounced as well. I am still struggling to open the packs sometimes but not quite as much. I feel lucky I like the taste of this as others seem not to at all.
