Pregnancy hormones are no joke

I’m in my second trimester and I feel like my hormones are running the whole show. One day I’m full of energy and the next I’m crying over commercials. I know pregnancy does this but some of the symptoms feel so extreme that I’m not sure what’s normal and what could be a hormone imbalance on top of the pregnancy hormones. Anyone else ever feel like their adrenal function just tapped out while pregnant? I’m trying to take care of myself but it’s harder than I expected.
