@opalskye same for me, part of each session seems to bring certain tingly/burning sensation and skin specially on left side is hot. Applying cream straight after helps a lot. Despite discomfort I love the calming effect this 30 min sessions bring.

@miss-bea So glad it's better now. I had a couple of headaches early on, but not as bad as yours, from the sound of it. I hope that you are able to restart, and that you get some benefits

hi all,

i am little late to the chat. I also started flow and feel so lucky to have been picked to have been one of the 25.

I have found it a useful tool. I have a number of health conditions as well as perimenopause. perimenopause has been driving me nuts as it seems to turn the volume up on all of my chronic pain conditions and co-morbidities like ME.

I have found since doing 3 treatments a week more effective.

It is hard to make a call on whether the way i feel is down to the device or whether its how circumstance/ life has worked out- ie worrying about things and then them not working out quite as bad- but my mood has been a little better.

hope everyone is getting on well with their devices and just wanted to say a big thank you to house of hormones for involving me.

@drlulu Hi and welcome!

I have fibro/ME and have been hoping for help with sleep regulation and well as mood.

I find the little questionnaires you get every week quite helpful in spotting subtle improvements which I might otherwise have missed.

I have noticed because of them that I am definitely more relaxed and calm about day to day things, so I am getting better rest if not actual sleep, and a lot less stress (some of which I hadn't even been aware of) which is a huge improvement for me.

I think that (for me, anyway) the process brings incremental and small improvements, rather than dramatic and very noticeable changes, but hopefully those improvements will continue to happen and build up.

Hi @drlulu welcome to the chat!

I have missed some of the messages but so nice to hear from others on how they have been finding Flow

So I started off quite consistent and then had a few weeks where life kind of got in the way so I missed sessions - I have to say I noticed the difference when I didn’t use the headset so I was glad to get back on it 😀

For me my biggest improvement has been better sleep which was huge for me

Does anyone else suffer from the dreaded hot flashes? 😩 Mine are so much better since I started Flow don’t know how but I don’t want to jinx it!
