Lately my PMS has been so intense i honestly don’t know what’s going on with my body anymore. My mood swings are awful, my energy completely crashesand my cycle has been so unpredictable that I can’t even guess when my period is coming. I’m starting to wonder if this is a deeper hormone imbalance or something going on with my endocrine health, because the symptoms feel way beyond “normal PMS.” I’ve also been dealing with weight fluctuations and that constant burned-out feeling, so now I’m questioning if my metabolic hormones or even my adrenals are struggling. Has anyone here done hormone testing for women? Did it actually give you answers? I’m honestly just tired of feeling like my whole system is out of sync and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Any advice or shared experiences would really help. 💗

Hey Amalia, so sorry to hear you're struggling with these symptoms! I often get my clients to go for private hormonal testing as it can give us better insights into what might be going on. Can I also ask - how are your stress levels/ life stress at the moment?

Thank you so much, Claire 💗 it really means a lot. I’ve been thinking about private hormone testing because I feel like I need clearer answers at this point so it’s reassuring to hear you recommend it.

And honestly… my stress levels have been pretty high lately. I’ve been juggling a lot and I can feel it catching up with me. I’m not sure if that makes everything worse but it definitely feels like my body is stuck in burnout mode.

Do you think stress alone could throw my hormones this far off?
