Has anyone noticed sudden change in their cycle?

Has anyone ever had their period suddenly switch up on them out of nowhere? Mine went from being pretty predictable to totally different overnight timing, flow, symptoms… everything. It’s like my body flipped a switch and didn’t tell me. The cramps feel different, my moods hit harder and even the bloating feels new. I'm not sue what to do...has anyone else dealt with a sudden change like this?
