I’m 53. I’ve had long, strait, “some what thin” shiny, very dark brown hair my whole life. I just treated getting visible grey last year. But what also happened is the top of my head only the hair is coming out like it’s been put through a micro crimping iron! WTF? My hair used to oily and now it’s very much not so. I just don’t know what to do. I’m not ready to not have ”long“ hair. I’ve nearly always had it (except in the 80’s).I don’t want pills, and I’m pretty sure the miracle shampoo infomercials are BS.... Anything helps!

You might find this article interesting:

I have different hair issue to you, it's become very fine and also was falling out in huge amounts. I found the Champo Pitta system helpful - you might want to take the quiz to see if they have anything for you:

If not, then I can recommend this company's products - designed for black hair but great for any dry and or curly/frizzy hair. I have used the Moringa and Avocado range, but there are several.
