Anyone else feeling a bit lost on their fertility journey?

I’ve been trying to learn more about my cycle and fertility lately and honestly… it feels overwhelming. Between tracking symptoms, watching for ovulation and dealing with all the little hormone changes, I’m not always sure what’s normal and what isn’t.

Some months I feel hopeful and other months I just feel confused like my body is giving mixed signals. If anyone else is on a similar fertility journey, how do you stay grounded and not get in your head about every tiny change? I’d love to know what’s helped you.
