I don't feel like this period pain is normal anymore

Hey ladies, I’ve been trying to brush it off for months but the pain around my period is getting to a point where it genuinely scares me. It’s not just cramps it feels sharp, deep and sometimes it hits even when I’m not bleeding. My lower back aches, my bloating is ridiculous and some days it feels like everything in my pelvis is swollen and angry. I’m starting to wonder if this could be endometriosis because it just doesn’t feel like typical period pain anymore. Has anyone else felt like this before getting diagnosed? I’d really love to know what your first signs were.
