Anyone here struggling with endometriosis symptoms?

Hey ladies 💗 I’m starting to get worried that some of the pain I’ve been having might be endometriosis. My cramps have become unbelievably intense like the kind that stop me in my tracks and my periods feel heavier and longer than they used to. I also get this deep pelvic ache even when I’m not on my cycle and sometimes it feels like everything inside is inflamed.

I haven’t been diagnosed but something doesn’t feel right. Has anyone had symptoms like this before finding out it was endometriosis? I’d love to hear your experiences or what helped you push for answers.
