Founder & CEO, The House of Hormones | Psychologist | Women’s Health Advocate | Certified Menopause Wellness Coach
If you had told me a few years ago that I would dedicate my life to women’s hormonal health, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
Like so many women, I spent years watching friends, family members, colleagues and women online struggle with symptoms they couldn’t explain, feeling dismissed, confused and left to figure it out for themselves. The more I listened, the more I realised something wasn’t right. Women’s health wasn’t lacking brilliant experts. It was lacking accessible conversations. That’s why I founded The House of Hormones. My mission has always been simple: to make women’s health easier to understand, less overwhelming and far more empowering.
As a psychologist, I am obsessed with understanding human behaviour, emotions and wellbeing. What became impossible to ignore was the profound impact hormones have on every aspect of a woman’s life, from confidence, mood and relationships to sleep, energy, cognition and identity. Yet despite affecting half the population, women’s hormonal health has historically been underfunded, under-researched and misunderstood. The House of Hormones was built to help change that.
Today, THOH has grown into a thriving community of more than 35,000 women who come together to learn, share experiences, access trusted information and help shape the future of women’s health. Through education, events, partnerships, our podcast and THOH inHouse Studies, we are creating a platform where women’s voices genuinely matter.
What makes THOH different is that we believe women’s lived experiences are just as important as the science itself. Real women. Real stories. Real outcomes.
I am passionate about bringing together healthcare professionals, brands, researchers and women themselves to create meaningful change. Whether I’m speaking on stage, hosting a podcast, leading workplace conversations or supporting product innovation through our THOH inHouse Studies, my goal remains the same: to ensure women feel informed, validated and empowered to advocate for their own health.
This is more than a business for me. It’s a movement. Because when women are given the knowledge, tools and confidence to understand their bodies, everything changes. And we’re only just getting started.
THOH, Making sure women’s voices shape the future of women’s health.
